Form of Authorization of Agent in a matter or proceeding under the Act

(name of the Company) ......... a Company incorporated under the laws of ..............., having its place of business at .............................................................. ......................................................................, do hereby appoint and authorize Legal Steps, 3A Sonartori Tower, 12 Sonargaon Road, Banglamotor, Dhaka—1000, Bangladesh to act as our Attorney and Agent in Bangladesh for preparing, filing Trademark Applications, obtain certificate, correspondence, filing documents for recordal of assignment and to take all necessary steps including renewal of the mark, change of name and address and to represent us in all matters in connection therewith and we authorize them to sign on our behalf to such papers and writings and to do such acts regarding the same as may be necessary or expedient and request that all notices, requisitions and communications relating thereto may be sent to such agents at the above address.

And we hereby ratify and confirm all acts done by the said agent in respect of the said matters or proceedings.

And we hereby revoke all previous authorization, if any, in respect of the said matters or proceedings.
